ASDEV will work with a development partner to develop this 107,000 square foot apartment project with approximately 1,600 sf of neighborhood retail and 52 indoor parking stalls at grade. The BIPOC led development team believes this property and its planned development is an excellent development opportunity because of the project location in a historical BIPOC community, strong local demand, experienced local team, and well-designed building.
