Iyibo Jack is co-founder, partner, and Director of Operations for Alpha Sharp Development Partners (ASDEV). He handles all aspects of the development process, including designing, financing, building, and operating for ASDEV's projects. For Iyibo, a core function of his responsibilities also includes creating positive community impact on the housing landscape across the Puget Sound. Under his leadership, ASDEV has completed two multifamily projects in Tacoma, has another Tacoma-based 20-unit project in construction, and has a 120-unit complex in pre-development in Tacoma. In addition to co-founding ASDEV in 2019, Iyibo serves as a Principal & Senior Vice President of product development at Milliman MedInsight, an industry leader in healthcare analytics. Prior to his nine years at Milliman, he was a manager and senior consultant at Hitachi Consulting where he was part of the national business intelligence (BI) practice, focusing on Oracle and Microsoft BI solutions and serving primarily high tech and telecommunication clients. Iyibo grew up in Puyallup, WA with his parents and three sisters. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and lives in Seattle.
