Haley Watson
Accountant/Controller
Haley holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Michigan State University. Ms. Watson passed the CPA exam in 2007 and has multiple years of public (CPA firm) and corporate work experience, primarily in the tax area. Haley’s primary emphases has covered a broad range of tax topics – ranging from the tax needs of high-income individuals, to assisting clients and employers with items such as income and property taxes, to quarterly tax estimates. She has also worked on depreciation scheduling, and research and tax planning analyses. Haley’s work in public accounting spanned a wide variety of industries, with both large and small firms. Haley also has experience in auditing business entities, including the assessment and reviewing of internal controls. Internal to the firm, she has experience in assessing the functioning of accounting departments to ensure that transactions are recorded properly, along with other aspects of fiduciary integrity.
